You can currently special order books in-person, via email, or directly on our bookshop page. You can also browse and purchase current in stock items from our online store.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods are available? All credit cards and cash are welcome.

Can I send you a check or money order? Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders

Do you charge sales tax? We do indeed.

Can I order an item through the mail? Yes you can! Visit our online shop for details.

Shipping & Pickup

What are your shipping rates/delivery times? We use USPS for our mail carrier and ship Media Mail. Standard rates apply.

How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders ship and arrive within the 5–7 business days.

Will I be able to track my shipment? You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we do not.

I accidentally put in incorrect shipping information! Please contact us *as soon as possible*. We process and ship orders within 2 days. 

Returns

We currently cannot accept returns on shipped items.

Book Donation

Do you accept book donations? We do! At the moment we only accept donations at our storefront in Philadelphia, PA. We DO NOT accept donated books via shipment.

What time can I bring my donation? You can bring donations during open hours only. Please do not leave books on our door step!

Will my donation be tax-deductible?  Yes, we can provide you a record of tax-deductible donation.

I have a large amount of books to donate, can I bring them by the store? If you have more than 25 used books to donate, please call ahead of time!
